Who is Roger Raglin? He is well-known in outdoor stuff specifically in the hunting industry, he has a TV Show called Roger Raglin Outdoors which has been running for more than 15 years. You can watch his show on the Outdoor Channel.

He is from Northeast Oklahoma. He is married to Darlene Raglin and they have 5 children together and 11 grandchildren. He undergo a massive change in his lifestyle and lost some weight after seeing an old picture of him. When he saw himself he realized how fat he was, and promised his wife Darlene that he will turn back the clock from 20 years ago. After 30 days of diet and exercise he lost 21 pounds, and also lost 4 inches in his stomach and chest, 2 inches in his hips and 2 inches in his thighs and an inch in both of his arms.

What he did to lose weight was very simple, and there's no need to buy some miracle pill:

1. Avoid eating sugars and food rich in carbohydrates like bread, grains, chips, crackers, cereal, potatoes, corn, soda, candy, cookies, milk and beer.
2. Stop eating fried foods, instead eat steam or bake lean meats but limit them to less than 10 oz. a day. Eating fish and deer meat are the best.
3. Take your vitamins.
4. Eat lots of vegetables but avoid peas, beans, corn and fruits.
5. Stop snacking on chips and sweets and tell your body to stop crying about being hungry you are not going to starve.
6. Exercise moderately.

The steps he has taken to lose is very simple but quite effective. However, I don't agree with him on not eating fruits. In my opinion eating fruits is very important to our body. Fruits are an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals, and they are high in fiber. You can also get wide range of health-boosting antioxidants, including flavonoids by eating fruits. High consumption of fruits can also reduce a person's risk of developing heart disease, cancer, inflammation, and diabetes.
