*Taking responsibility for improving your physical and emotional well-being.
*Avoiding pitfalls by identifying knee jerk habits and negative attitudes that add to the stress you experience at work.
*Learning better communication skills to ease and improve your relationships with management and coworkers.

Signs and symptoms of excessive job and workplace stress:

2) Eat Healthy. Low blood sugar can make you feel anxious and irritable, while eating too much can make you lethargic. Healthy eating can help you get through stressful work days. By eating small but frequent meals, you can help your body maintain an even level of blood sugar, keep your energy up, stay focused, and avoid mood swings.

3) Drink alcohol in moderation and avoid nicotine. Alcohol can reduces anxiety and worry, but too much can cause anxiety. Nicotine may get you feeling calm but it is a powerful stimulant that may cause you higher level of anxiety.

Palladio Rice Powder Blotting Papers

I have really oily skin so I'm always on the lookout for oil absorbing sheets and I just love these! Not only can you use these to soak up oils on the face but you can also use the other powdered side for touch-ups.

Palladio Natural Rice Oil-Absorbing Rice Paper Tissues

These very unique tissues are made from natural rice and provide the same, great oil-absorbing functions as our Rice Powder—in a more compact form. Use the matte side to blot away shine throughout the day and the powdered side for occasional touch-ups. Packaged in a handy component, these tissues will fit inside even in the smallest purse, so you’ll never have to leave home without them!
