Colorful Honey

These are so cool! Just by looking at the photo, I didn't know what to make of it. I could never have guessed it's honey. Apparently, in northeastern France, some bees produce multi-colored honey in shades of blue and green. Yahoo reports that beekeepers around the town of Ribeauville "believe residue from containers of M&M's candy processed at a nearby biogas plant is the cause" as they have "seen bees returning to their hives carrying unidentified colourful substances that have turned their honey unnatural shades".

I wonder if they taste differently.
