They are also expecting a 30% increase in online orders over a normal Sunday.

Scary Norovirus Outbreak on a Cruise Ship
Reports on the Royal Caribbean Blog said that a number of passengers aboard the Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas got sick during a four-night cruise from Miami. It was confirmed by the Royal Caribbean that there are 66 passengers and 2 crew members that is reported to have symptoms of Norovirus according to the blog entry.
Norovirus is a very contagious bug that can be spread by infected persons, in contaminated food or water, or through contact with contaminated surfaces (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention USA). According to CDC, it affects nearly 20 million people in the U.S. each year, and results in between 570 to 800 deaths.
Officials of the ship said that those who are affected by the illness responded positive when they were given over-the-counter medication on board the ship.

DASH Diet is still the best Diet for 2014
U.S. News has named DASH Diet as the top diet for 2014 among 32 diet plans. The categories for ranking are; easy to follow, nutritious, safe and effective for weight loss and against diabetes and heart disease.
Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) is endorsed by the government and its purpose is to reduce people with high blood pressure. It was also recommended to prevent and control diabetes and my help protect people from osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
